Return Policies

1. You may return an item if:

It is damaged, defective, or incorrect

You notify us within 7 days of delivery

The item is unused and in original packaging

Due to hygiene and safety, used candles cannot be returned.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective
