Return Policies
1. You may return an item if:
• It is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• You notify us within 7 days of delivery
• The item is unused and in original packaging
Due to hygiene and safety, used candles cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refunds
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective
